Refund Policy

All Vanilla VPN Premium payments are processed by Google Play, so refunds also follow Google Play's rules.

How to cancel your subscription

1. Open the Google Play Store on your phone
2. Tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
3. Select Vanilla VPN → Cancel subscription

After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the current billing period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

How to request a refund

• Within 48 hours of purchase, you can request a refund directly from Google Play: Google Play refund help.
• After 48 hours, email us at [email protected] with your Google Play order number. We review every request individually.
• If the service does not work for you at all because of a technical problem, we will do our best to issue a refund.

When refunds are not given

• Accounts blocked for violating the Terms of Service
• Simply no longer wanting to use the service (you can cancel to stop future charges)
