Delete your Vanilla VPN account

Use this page to request deletion of your Vanilla VPN account and the data linked to it.

What will be deleted

Your account (name, email, login ID)
Premium status and app activity records linked to the account

What may be kept

Google Play purchase records — these are kept by Google, not by us
The minimum records needed for legal or fraud-prevention reasons, for up to 90 days

Important: deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Send a deletion request

Enter the email you use to sign in to the app. We will delete your account within 7 days and confirm by email.
